If a payment is missed, WP Dragon will initially keep your site active while we attempt to resolve the payment issue. If the payment is not received within 7 days, your site will be suspended. If we still haven’t received payment after 30 days, your account and all associated data will automatically be deleted. Please ensure your payment information is up to date to avoid any service interruptions. If you encounter any issues with making a payment, contact our support team immediately for assistance.
