Can I set my domain to auto-renew?
WP Dragon offers the option to set domains to auto-renew. Enjoy the convenience of uninterrupted service without the need to manually renew your domains.
What happens when a domain expires?
When a domain expires, there is a 30-day grace period for renewal at regular cost. If not renewed, it enters a 30-day redemption period.
What’s the maximum registration period for a domain?
Domains can be purchased and renewed for up to 10 years in advance.
Does WP Dragon support premium or Internationalized Domain Names (IDN)?
Currently, we do not offer premium domains or IDNs.
Can I transfer domains to and from WP Dragon?
WP Dragon supports domain transfers both to and from our platform. Enjoy seamless domain management with WP Dragon.
Do you provide refunds for domain purchases?
At WP Dragon, all domain purchases are final and are not eligible for refunds due to the nature of domain registration.
Will TLD pricing ever change?
TLD prices may change due to external registry updates. You can secure current pricing for up to 10 years by registering/renewing domains in advance.
