WP Dragon Domains FAQs
Can I set my domain to auto-renew?
Currently, WP Dragon does not offer the option to set domains to auto-renew. However, we are actively working to provide this feature in the future. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to enhance our services to better meet your needs. In the meantime, we recommend setting a reminder to manually renew your domain before it expires to ensure uninterrupted service. If you have any questions or need assistance with your domain management, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team for help.
What happens when a domain expires?
When a domain expires, there is a 40-day grace period for renewal at regular cost. If not renewed, it enters a 30-day redemption period.
What’s the maximum registration period for a domain?
Domains can be purchased and renewed for up to 10 years in advance.
Does WP Dragon support premium or Internationalized Domain Names (IDN)?
Currently, we do not offer premium domains or IDNs.
Can I transfer domains to and from WP Dragon?
At present, WP Dragon does not facilitate domain transfers in or out. However, we are actively working to add this feature in the future. While we do not currently support domain transfers, our support team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. Stay tuned for updates on this feature’s availability.
Do you provide refunds for domain purchases?
At WP Dragon, all domain purchases are final and are not eligible for refunds due to the nature of domain registration.
Will TLD pricing ever change?
TLD prices may change due to external registry updates. You can secure current pricing for up to 10 years by registering/renewing domains in advance.
